Installing the New Air Conditioning Unit

Change out of the Air Conditioning
The change out of the unit requires a permit pulled by the contractor. Only contractors with a valid License can do it. Under the new code the unit has to be 13 SEER or higher to ensure low operation cost.
To chose a right unit requires knowledge, the proper size the type of unit, and to use the latest technology in equipment and materials.
We high recommend to:
- Replace the copper lines also known as refrigerants lines to ensure proper size and stability of the work performed.
- Replace the plenum supply and the return that’s because in those two spats there are accumulate 90 % of the dirty, mold, and bacteria’s.
- Replace the condensate lines to ensure dry fissionability.
- Install over-float switch to ensure condensation water control.

Duct repair or replacements
